Additional Landlord Fees
- Inventory & Check-In: From £190 + VAT (£228 incl. VAT)
- Inventory & Check-Out: From £150 + VAT (£180 incl. VAT)
- Tenancy Set-Up Fee: £350 + VAT (£420 incl. VAT)
- Tenant / Guarantor Referencing: £60 + VAT (£72 incl. VAT) per applicant

Tenant & Buyer Fees
At London Property Guru, we do not charge tenants or buyers any agency fees for our standard letting or property purchase services.

Tenants remain responsible for rent, tenancy deposits and any payments permitted by applicable legislation. Buyers remain responsible for their own legal, survey and other property purchase costs.
Vendor & Property Sales Fees
We offer competitive sales commission rates designed to suit your preferred marketing approach.
Property Sales Commission
- Sole Agency: 2.5% + VAT (3% incl. VAT)
- Multi-Agency: 3% + VAT (3.6% incl. VAT)
Sales commission is calculated as a percentage of the final agreed property sale price. Commission payment terms and any additional charges will be outlined in our Terms of Business.
